We are fully licensed and insured. We are a locally owned and operated
company with strong ties to the community.
Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling LLC have
their North Carolina State License in residential HVAC (H-3 Class
1). We also have our North Carolina Commercial
License, better known as the H-2. Additionally, our company has its H-1,
which allows us to work on steam or hot water boiler systems. Finally, We have a North Carolina
Refrigeration license, which allows us to legally work on
Refrigeration equipment.
Each on of the aforementioned licenses
requires 4000 hours of on the job training. These licenses require a five-hour
examination on the design, repair and installation, on their
respective course of study. To maintain a state license requires
several hours of continuing education annually.
Our Employees – All the
service technicians who work for Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling
have their North Carolina State Contractors License. In attaining a
state license An applicant is required to pass a comprehensive test
as well as attend continuing education requirements This means that
the person who shows up at you door has several years of on the job
training. Also, you know that the service technician has been made
aware of any changes in local codes or advances in technology
through their respective continuing education classes. So you when a Boer Brother team member
shows up you can rest assure that they are experienced, current with
any technological advances in the field, and adept at problem
solving.
Boer Brothers is also committed to retaining
our employees. This benefits our customers in a number of
ways. A service technician who is familiar
with the property will be far more efficient when servicing that
property. Also, your preferences and expectations will be known
before the service technician even arrives. Finally, A history will be established with
your equipment that allows us better inform you of your best course
of action.
Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling requires
all employees to attend continuing education. This allows are customers to benefit
from the most up to date technology. Also, This allows are customers a window into
the future of HVAC and refrigeration. This allows our customers to make more
informed decisions in regards to repairing or replacing equipment.
Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling also
requires a drug test and background check on all new employees
Upfront Price
We believe in giving our customers an
upfront price on any and all repairs and installation. Regardless of how long it takes us to
complete installation, provided the customer does not stipulate extensive changes, you will pay the stated price. This allows our customers the ability to
make a more informed decision on whether or not they want to precede
with the installation.
