In attaining a state license An applicant is required to pass a comprehensive test as well as attend continuing education requirements This means that the person who shows up at you door has several years of on the job training. Also, you know that the service technician has been made aware of any changes in local codes or advances in technology through their respective continuing education classes.  So you when a Boer Brother team member shows up you can rest assure that they are experienced, current with any technological advances in the field, and adept at problem solving.
